Statement of Work Agreements
A statement of work (SOW) has many names. It is an agreement between the client and web practitioner covering the details of the project. It often has “sign-off” points so the client is appraised and signs off on the project to those points (like a check list), but the purpose of the document is to clearly define and price the project so there is no confusion on either end.
